Every day is a process of growth, being responsible of:

• Offering support to the participants regarding the registration process, the invoicing process, organization of the courses, information on the price list of trainings;
• Assisting the participants and the managers on the registration process;
• Receiving the registration forms, check the eligibility of the booking form complete information inserted;
• Centralizing and keeping track of the registrations for trainings;
• Facilitating the transmission of the registrations to the providers;
• Maintaining the communication with the providers, focused in supporting the participants requests;
• Reporting and invoicing weekly and monthly reports;
• Updating the Intranet page with the current information on a regular basis;
• Offering support to all participants by phone, e mail and Remedy Ticketing Tool

Qualifications

• Excel and powerpoint knowledge, medium level;
• Previous experience in Learning or HR is a plus;
• At least one year working experience;
• You have medium-advanced Spanish Skills;
• You are determined to find the best results and solutions, even when pressure and changes arise;
• You understand market changes to drive industry-relevant solutions to customers, building trust with stakeholders and bringing value in the process
