Telephone and email support for Elavon customers in the field of:

• Solving problems reported by customers based on knowledge of products, services, fees, procedures;
• Support in handling payment terminals;
• Providing information on compliance with the technical and operational requirements of transaction security;
• Entering and modifying Elavon customer data in information systems;
• Maintaining positive relationships with clients.

We require:

• Very good command of German.
• Very good command of Polish or English; 
• Ease of making contacts and communication skills;
• Analytical skills;
• Very good computer skills and MS Office.
