Reporting to the Global Reward Programs Director, this Analyst role provides analytics expertise to support the entire reward strategy for Kantar and a variety of other reward projects as needed. You will work on global Kantar projects and be a member of an international Reward Programs & Markets team with members all around the world.

KEY OUTCOMES

  • Provide in-depth analysis on a wide range of data sets to develop pay ranges for each market
  • Partner with HRBP to perform job evaluations, new hire offers and market data trends
  • Undertake analysis as required relating to the annual compensation cycles such base pay, bonus and other programs
  • Provide ongoing analysis and data cleanse guidance on all reward related fields in HCM
  • Undertake analysis on a variety of pay issues such as equal pay, expat pay, graduate pay so that we are informed to make the right recommendations
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders such as Digital HR and local payroll teams
  • Provide recommendations on HCM reporting to streamline adhoc data requests
  • Provide analytical expertise and resource to any other Reward project that may arise from time to time
